Avoca Search’s Managing Partner spent 10 years in Consulting, most of it with The Advisory Board’s Consulting and Management division and over that time placed 50+ interim executives. Since starting Avoca Search in 2018, Avoca has placed 80 interims. Using his consulting background, Brian is able to effectively diagnose the issues and understand what the interim needs to accomplish in the contracted period, develop a scope of work that outlines this and ensure both the client and candidate are clear on expectations and are aligned on goals.
