Pete Esson was integral to my partner and I buying our first home in so many ways. After our previous lender withdrew support due to the type of home we were buying (a condo), we were in quite a pickle. We absolutely loved the place, and to miss the chance due to a last-minute change from our previous lender was quite devastating. However, we were referred to Mr. Esson by our real estate agent, and that same evening he was chatting with us over the phone about the location and quelling our fears about a great opportunity slipping away. The next morning, we had a loan put together, and the rest of the closing procedures went smoothly. Mr. Esson was always very responsive about any questions we had along the way and was great at pointing out key information, even on closing day. As first-time home-buyers, we were met with some unexpected variables, but Mr. Esson was quick to explain and reassure us while also setting realistic expectations in all fields.
